Can anyone tell me anything about this Oldsmobile tool box. I bought it at an auction with engine rebuilding tools inside.

Very late-model blow-molded plastic box. Probably wasn't meant for tools, most likely some promotional/sales kit. I'm guessing full of things like a can of tire shine, some glass cleaner, maybe a bottle of "bug & tar" remover, etc.
The tools are all "Napa spinner rack" quality stuff- not bad, but not exactly what you'd call top-of-the-line.

'90s is vintage, at least it is to the ebay reseller crowd.

When I worked at an Oldsmobile dealership, we used to take monthly tests. They would give a prize if you passed the test. I remember a toolbox like that being the prize. That would have been mid 90s

Before the picture, I thought it was just some sort of generic HF rollaround toolbox where someone had installed a salvaged Oldsmobile badge from a car.
But yeah, looks like a promo item, door prize, or something like that, and the tools are unrelated.
