Olton wilton???

This vise is being sold in online auction locally. Advertising it as a wilton, but looks cheaper, and the letter before "L" clearly isn't a I like wilton. Anyone heard of olton or something that might make more sense on this?

You can see the W on the side pic. Plus 1644 is on it. The base, handle and handle boss are all right.
