Just picked this up today on the cheap, cool guys from craigslist. I'm wondering if Snap On put the Olympics links on there for some commemorative thing, or if that got put on by somebody? Not that it really matters, but I'm curious.

They look like the emblems that Oldsmobile put on the sides of some of the cars they used in the 1984 Olympics.. They sold the cars after the Olympics..

I don't think this machine is from '84, but it could be. While we're on the subject, I'm kinda sticker shocked by the prices of blasting media. Is there a smart/cheap route?

Wow that's so much cheaper than I had seen, why the price difference do you think? Sixty bucks, eighty bucks, hey ten bucks! I never paid attention to media before, just used whatever was in the machine. Now that I have some blasters at home I have to find out what's what.

I really hijacked my own thread here.
