Rebranded stuff so I'd say no. I wouldn't pay that for a light let alone something made in china (I'd have to know what they're paying for it from the manufacturer before even considering it). I know a bit about costs in bulk purchase from foreign mfgs. I'd say these lights could easily be shipped from china in quantity for well under 20 a pop; probably closer to 15 including freight. So the max I'd pay is in the 20-25 dollar range if I were considering it...which I am not.
