I wish Ryobi had some brush less options.

Ryobi does have brushless options - just not available here in the U.S. They have a brushless drill and a brushless impact driver. They also have 5.0 amh batteries available outside the States.

Looks the same to Ridgid... Why Ridgid more expensive? If that was me, I would go with Ryobi and why is that because it features 3 switches of low to high torque

On a related note, there are a few of the current (now last?, brushed) generation P214 hammer drills (bare tool) on sale on Amazon again for $38... but you know how Amazon pricing goes, price could go up at any moment.
