Efficiency wise, probably won't make a difference.
Ability to quickly heat the space there will be a huge difference.
Those heaters are somewhat "directional" too - so that would make a difference depending on how the space is setup.
Note, I have a 30K "back up" heater. I put it downstairs at the foot of the stairs. In a well insulated home, this keeps us in the high 60s low 70s when it is 20 degrees outside. I use it when the heat pumps would kick into inductive heat or when we have long power outages and it's very cold.
Downside is humidity...
