Pics from a client sent to us today. Installed in single day with temps in the 30's.

This is a full broadcast project using Spartacote Polyaspartic coating and 1/4" flecks. The floor was given a light grind.

Single coat which was broadcast onto, then scrape and remove excess flakes, then two additional coats of clear, the last coat with a small size non skid added. The clients belongings were brought back in at end of day.

Cost of materials for a project like this is about 3x that of a standard epoxy system, but in cold temp 'need to get done' applications it's the perfect choice. This client was listing their house for sale right after the holidays so needed to get the floor completed and could not wait until spring, nor could they leave their belongings outside.

The same result can be achieved with standard epoxy at lower cost.

For the pacific northwest where the garage temperatures average about 55 - 60 F, and the air humidity 65 - 85%, what is your recommendation for application ... epoxy or Spartacote (R) ?
