OK After much research, most of it here, I have decided on a lift. I want the HD-9XW. Does anyone know what the difference between the HD-9Xw and HD-9XW-B is? More importantly, the best price I could find is $3255 with free delievery. Several companies on the internet have it for that price. Does it matter where I order it from? I know that they all have it shiped from Bendpak directly. The options are: equipttool.com, rb-wholesale.com, gesusa.com, and mile-x.com. I have been leaning towards gesusa.com mainly because they have sent me stuff in the mail. Does anyone have any prior knowledge of this company? Sorry, I realize this is more than one question. I am thankful for any input.:

yeah, when I orderd mine a couple of months ago, I was told of a price increase coming in July. Looks like it did, as the price of the HD-9XW has increase about $400 at NorthernTool.

Did not deal with any of those vendors, but Jeff @ BendPak introduced me to Dave Shedlock @ Workshop Depot, dave @ workshopdepot.com (remove spaces). He was very helpful, and replied to all my emails, usually minutes after I sent them, no matter of the time. They also did not bill me until it was shipped... The charge actually showed up on my credit card the day it arrive at my Dad's warehouse.

I just ordered a Danmar 10-ACX, oil drain, hoist stand, and power station from them yesterday. They were more helpful than any other place I called. They seem to have their stuff together as they emailed me documentation/manuals on all the items I ordered. Also came down on price on all the items and shipping is free. Their recommended installer also came down in price and called me within a couple hours of the order to schedule delivery/installation. Having my lift installed in a little over a week from now. Can report back after that if anyone is interested.

I am interested. I will most likely install it myself, I figure there is no better way to understand a machine than to put it together, but I would like to know how long did it take someone who knows what they are doing and if there are any issues that arise.

I ordered mine today from Dave. He took $105 off the price and was great to deal with. The lift is on back order untill the end of August. I will get back when it comes in. Many thanks for your input you were correct about Dave.
