I'm remodeling my master bath and I'm replacing my ceiling exhaust fan with one that has both fan and heat. My question is whether I should replace both ceiling lights with heater units or just the one. It's a fairly large bathroom, 8"x14", more or less. I like it to be as warm as possible in the bathroom, my wife thinks two ceiling heaters is overkill. Anyone have one of these heaters in a larger bathroom? If so, is it adequate? Thanks.

If you like the bathroom warm, replace them both. The only cost will be the cost for the extra heater and some extra wiring. If you do not use both, so what. But if you are not happy later with only one, you will be frustrated you missed the oppurtunity.

I assume you meant 8' x 14' ...an 8 inch x 14 inch bathroom would be pretty tight. 
How much heat does each light/heat combo put out? You'll also have to make sure you're not overloading the circuit by adding two heaters.

I doubt you will be able to get away running both off the same circuit. We have a 20A breaker dedicated for the (single) master bath heater.
We never use it... the process of exhausting the air drops dust on the heater, and the thing stinks when you fire it up after not using it for a while.

I had an apartment once that had a heat lamp/bulb over the sink in the ceiling. I always thought that was pretty cool because it worked really well. And at night, I didn't have to turn on a bright light and have so much light in my eyes.
If both lights are on the same circuit then you will likely be pulling more current with two heaters than the wire is designed for. The overload will cause your breaker to flip or the wire will burn out possibly causing a fire. Most heaters are 1,200 - 1,500 watts each and the wire on a light circuit is likely to thin for this much current.
