One Part Polyurea Application

I have a new 20X30 garage and looking to coat the floor. It will primarily be a wood working shop but could occasionally be used to do minor auto maintenance (oil changes etc.). I am very interested in a one-part polyurea due to the unlimited pot life. The pressure of mixing two-part epoxy correctly and then getting it down and broadcasting flakes within the short pot life has my anxiety level super high.
I have read that polyurea cures really fast so it does not penetrate the concrete very well causing less of a bond than epoxy.
Is this true?
Should I use a primer that apparently penetrates much better?
The concrete was poured in January this year and has not been used yet. Do I need to acid etch the floor first?
Is there one brand of one-part epoxy that is recommended?

Hi, our one part SPGX Polyurare would be a perfect choice and meet your requirements. It has a nice working time (over an hour) and requires no mixing and won't harden or thicken during application. We have sold this to thousands of GJ users over the years.
