One post lift Bendpak ML-6

Hello folks,

One of these units is available used on CL locally for a reasonable price.
I have a shop with a low ceiling that this would be good for. My garage has a taller ceiling, but will still require a low profile lift (like 113" height).
I am thinking about buying this one post lift. It will be my only lift until I can get one for the garage. The home is new to me.
I did a search on the site. I don't need to hear from people who want me to know they would have a brown mark in the britches standing under it. Right or wrong, I have the courage to stand under it.
I do recognize that some tasks would be difficult with this lift, but I will be getting another lift soon I hope anyway.
I am looking to hear from people who own this particular lift, or a similar one and hear about their real world experiences

There is a Porsche garage with a single post on here, and another American Lifts install. Search those out for starters.

A one post has had the engineering done to be safe. Don't be stupid about placing the arms under the car and you'll be fine.

Parking lift or very light maintence lift
You can believe how much the whole tray moves in a swivel motion when you gently push against it
Oil change or storage is all I would use it for
Dad has exact lift in his garage but uses my 2 posts for anything other than dropping oil and flashlight inspections
