In the planning and design phase of my one shot shop design. Its pretty much one the only shot im getting to get this right so getting as many idea's as I can. I plan on doing all the major work minus the concrete. So far its been a two year process to get the pad ready, and due to weather we are looking like another 5 - 6 months before we can finish the retaining wall.
Footprint, 40x64x16 with back room. The plan is to use 7/12 Storage trusses for the span with a 20ft shed dormer. We made some changes over the weekend to the plan, decided the fabrication room didnt need to be 12ft so made it 10ft to get to 3:12 roof, and changed the lean-to roof to be a hip roof to get it to 3:12 also.
We have a 650 ft run to get electrical to the building from the transformer so I can have a true 200 amp service. Hope to be past engineering and ready to submit for building plans by February first.
