Start with a 1-1/2"x16"x26" plate
Then add a 14"x.750"W pipe
Then add a couple 6" 1500# blind flanges
Then cap it off with a chunk of a 966 loader fork, 5"wide x 40" long
I built this out on a remote job a couple decades ago and it is by no means a good anvil, but it got me by.
