Anyone know of a good online source for automotive paint? I just need a quart mixed of Ford paint code UM and the local places around here don't seem interested in mixing that amount. The other issue is the brand of paint - I know of AutomotiveTouchUp.com that mixes paint but they don't list the brand and I don't want to roll the dice and end up with junk. Any suggestions?

There are a dozen automotive paint stores in Indianapolis, Finishmaster, probably being the largest. Depending upon the brand you're looking for, there has to be at least one store that will sell you a quart of color. For God sakes dude, that's how they make their money.

Chad is a good guy, sells almost everything. They mix and ship Automotive Art Motobase LV and Motocryl which is a very good base and single stage. Relatively affordable as well. On the lower end, Tamco will mix any color they have a formula for in any amount. Better than TCP or other unknown low end stuff.
Any local paint jobber will mix a quart for you though. I don't know why you are having an issue getting that mixed. 1 quart is pretty standard amount. Check with an Axalta Jobber in your area. Others to check are of course PPG, Basf, RM, Sikkens. Lot of choices especially in Indy.
