Ive bought quite a few tools recently from toolwarehouse.net, at great prices, and they shipping is very quick. The ship from 3rd party warehouse companies, and the one near me in in NY, so I get stuff the next day. I did recently recieve a tool that was open box, and had signs of use (and even abuse), and they took care of it efficiently, and sent a pickup for the bad unit.

I've ordered from all of these over the last couple of years and have had good experiences with them all. I've used Amazon for power tools in the past but haven't been too impressed with the service the last couple of times. I prefer to stick to the smaller mom and pop type places that will give good service at a good price (and usually beat amazon).
