Docap Tool Distributors? Spero, Nicher and TK&PR

Went to Princess Auto yesterday and found a whole bunch of tools labelled "Docap". Best info I could find is they are/were a tool distributor out of Missasuga, which probably went bankrupt (which is why the tools ended up in the surplus section)

The tools they had seemed to be pretty nice Tiawanese stuff for pretty cheap. Their fit and fishish looked better than the PA house brand, and slightly lower priced.

Just wondering if anyone knows abything about the company, and perhaps some of the suppliers.

I picked up (sorry no pics - at work):

A funky 17-4 PH stainless steel quick wrench for $5 5/8" and 11/16" Looks like a crowsfoot but the jaws move to act in a ratcheting action. Nicher Brand (they actually have a patent on the design!)

7 pc SAE and 7 pc Metric "professional" "Top Stop" wrench sets for $9 each. They have small detents on one side of the box end to stop the nut from going all the way through. They have a patent in Germany for this ? ? ? Brand is Spero.

3/8" 150 tooth "professional" ratchet for $9. Hard handle tapered "comfort-type grip. Metal selector wheel with teeth (looks like a gear) and quick release button on top. 2.4 degree swing. Again, they claim a patent. TK&PR brand.

Also picked up one of those indexable prybars for $9. Locking mechanism seemed pretty sturdy (no slop), and a set of those laminated offset ratcehting wrenches (again $9) in a blow moulded case with ratchet adapters for $10

From internet all these brands are taiwanese, so I'm not expecting Snap-on quality :bounce: I'm thinking because they actually went to the trouble of getting a patent, they may be slightly better than standard Princess Auto / Harbor freight wares. Anyone every use/heard of these? They *look* pretty decent, and for the price, would make a nice spare set for around the house.
