The romantic hills of central Umbria, Italy,
Teslas and Porsches? Ouch. I think this will be a case of "Our lawyers will have your lawyers call their lawyers and we'll all do lunch"...

The photo of the clogged catch basin will go poorly for the city... that area is prone to flooding anyway (our crew was responsible for the Central Freeway, which is roughly over that area)... then again, if he saw the basin and had reason to believe it would flood, he coulda went out with a shovel (bought next door from Costco) and cleared it himself (we used to do that in Oakland to protect our home)...

And of course the phone call... "Mr. Gotrockets? You know that First year Tesla Roadster we were repairing the bumper ding on, and putting a new battery pack in? Um, the damage is a little more extensive now..."

I live in Las Vegas where rain is pretty sporadic. In the 300 days or so between significant rain, the storm drains get buried in debris so when it does cut loose you get localized flooding. Everyone seems to think those grates are somehow self cleaning!

Wow! I'd get a couple gallons of WD-40 and when the water recedes just start dumping those into the drawers!
