Open neutral...

Friend asked me to look at an outlet that recently failed. My trusty plug tester show open neutral. traced the line back to a metal junction box. Wasn't over filled, but the connector was pushed into the box with the tip touching the side.
The guy was running an electric space heater on a 14g 25 ft extension cord plugged into a 15 amp 14g circuit on and off this past winter. Just thought I'd share..
