Anyone know an open web steel floor truss supplier? Im looking for a truss for a mezzanine, 40ft x 7ft, I figure 6 clar span 20 ft trusses would work, I can do it with I-Beams but want to see what trusses cost.
As a known manufacturer, Vulcraft comes to mind. But I know there is a small steel shop off East Bay in Clearwater that did some massive joists for a project we had in NPR.

thanx, I did find a joist supplier with a good set of online literature. For my needs I think I am going to have to stick with structural steel. The span tables show for my span and loading I would need a 20" truss, I dont wnat to give up that much space. I want to build a 40 x 7 mezzanine with a 350lb/sqf allowable loading. At this point I am going to likely go with 3 W12x26 I-Beams 40 ft long braced at midspan and tied together every 2 feet. than try to find some cheap steel decking.
