I've been looking for reasonably priced tile options for my garage. I ran across what appears to be a smokin' deal at Lowes. I'd like some feedback if this is suitable for my home garage.

After just a quick glance, the only item I'd probably investigate further would be the COF-Wet....I've always heard 0.60 is the minimum you want...perhaps some of the pros on the board can chime in whether there will be a real world difference between 0.55 and 0.6. Go buy a few, wet them down and see how slippery they are. Otherwise, I don't like that they are not through body as any chips that you may get will show but for that price, it's probably not a deal breaker.

A .55 wet coefficient of friction is considered "conditionally slip resistant" and meets or exceeds OSHA requirements. Tile rated below .50 is what you want to stay away from when it comes to getting slippery when wet. A rating of .60 and above is required to meet ADA requirements for slip resistance.

Most tile that people find at great deals like this one are in the .50 to .59 range. I wouldn't have a problem putting them down in my garage.
