Opinions on Chamberlain B6753T Garage Door Opener Package Deal

I'm looking to replace the very old Liftmasters on 16 and 18 foot steel uninsulated garage doors.

Keep having to go back to the house to check if I've closed the door or not. ;-)

This package is available at Costco right now for $299, it's $399 on the Chamberlain site.

I have the almost same one but without battery backup I installed about 10 months ago. It was easy to install and has been very quiet compared to the chain drive it replaced. I also take advantage of the amazon delivery option at least once a week and can check the camera from anywhere. The only thing I need to check on is if there is a sensitivity adjustment for the camera. I get occasional alerts from movement but they turn out to be a fly or other insect flying around.
Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I have one of the Chamberlain ones that mount on the wall on the side of the door. It's the cat's meow. I wish I would've had it for the 14 years I've here instead of the year or so I've owned.

Thanks for the feedback @GreyOwl at $299 this seems like a good deal. Think I'll go for it, if I do it will be the first time I've replaced something before it breaks and creates a crisis. LOL
