The thing I dont likeabout those is that the bottom draw is HUGE. Id rather have many thin draws than a few deep draws, this way, I can lay out all my wrenches and toools flat, for easier invintory. I have never seen an SK box before, so I cant comment first hand on the quality, but I have seen some of the fancier waterloo boxes and they are awesome. One box has had a car backed into it like 4 times in less than a year and theres no damage functionally. Shop around. Kennedy boxes are VERY nice. Husky boxes are also nice. They may be made by kennedy though.

For a roll around, I prefer the traditional 48 inch box design... the deep full width top draw, the narrow draws along the side and the wider draws on the other side, kinda like this...

I'd look for the box with the most 3" to 4" drawers, the thin drawers just never seem to hold enough usefull tools and they are in the position of frequent use

You really need to sit down and think about the tools you have and how you want them laid out. I perfer a lot of full length shorter in height drawers. I keep my sockets in the clip on rails with the handles and they will fit nicely on ther sides, and I use drawer dividers for the wrenches. I also like one or two larger drawers on the bottom for drills and air tools.

Yup. Take a trip to sears and look at the different layouts of tool boxes, and THEN decide.
