So you would consider this particular LED lamp a good light ?

It would be OK if priced accordingly. 50,000hrs is not bad, there are many fixtures out there that claim closer to 100,000hrs, but depending on the price and how easily the lights can be repaired/replaced these may be fine.
The statement reading 100-120lm/w is a little concerning though. Although it could depend on other options like color temp or lenses (clear vs frosted). That would be understandable.
To me parts of that description scream cheap chinese/ect. junk. Some of the wording/ phrases are not usually used by reputable companies.
Cant tell for sure since we don't know much about the fixture other than a couple of specs.
Edit, I googled that description and it looks like a James T8 LED retrofit tube.
The very minimal information they provide makes me wonder if they actually tested those things or if they just made up some numbers. Even the PDF spec sheet is just one table and a few bullet points.
That said they could be decent lamps, The whole thing just makes me a little skeptical is all
