From the ad:
"double ball-bearing slides on all 4" and 6" drawers for more capacity and strength"

I trust HF as far as I can spit after leaving the dentists office. My opinion.

For a toolbox, I don't usually go for big spending. But the bigger they are, the more weight they must hold. The more it becomes "Get what you pay for."
Smaller boxes can be cheap. I've got a 10 drawer Stack On that is old and still fully functional.
Big ones... You get what you pay for...
If you can afford that beast, you're probably more likely to regret saving money with HF than you are to regret spending it on Sears- But Do Check The Quality of Materials it's made with (Translation; where was the metal it's made of mined and refined?) before you commit to buy.

Wow, seems like a decent deal to me
I would want to go check it out myself and look at the reviews.
I will say that it seems like a high end home unit more than real professional
As I would expect the wide, deep top drawer on the bottom box of any actual professional box

That's made by SPG International, that's their PRT-5409 (top) and PRB-5413 (bottom). I think they're made in Canada.
