Options after Dimond grinding. Pro vs DIY

I was quoted 350 dollars to Dimond grind my 380 sq ft garage. I was offered to have the project completed for $800 using "commercial grade epoxy that is a thicker". I was looking to do a DIY with the Rust-Oleum 2 part epoxy with chips.

Has anyone had any experience with this commercial grade epoxy?

Any idea how it compares to the two-part epoxy with the chips?

The price point looks good. I was quoted 1600 if I wanted to do the epoxy with chips as it takes 3 costs.

I rented the grinder at home depot for 65 dollars if I remember and went to Sherwin Williams paint store and got my supplies. Used a tan color plus the chips and clear on top. That was 3 years ago at least and still looks like new. No peeling under car tires like some coatings will. Mine was 22 x 24.
If I can do it anyone else can.
