Going to be checking around and getting some prices on epoxy coating my shop floor in the next few months. My shop is 30x40 with a two post lift in one bay.

What are some good budget friendly options($3-500)?

Thanks guys!

At .41 cents a sq ft you aren't going to get an epoxy floor. If you want a topical sealer like an acrylic hybrid for example, then you can probably fit that in your budget. You may want to save your pennies for a while.

Budget friendly is a very interesting term. In my professional opinion, a good product, properly installed is far less expensive than a cheap product or any product which has not been properly applied -- and the surface prepared.

We have developed a 100% solids, voc free, low odor formulation that we are very happy with, and it is very affordable when compared with similar products http://www.garageflooringllc.com/epoxy-coating/

Yeah I am not talking about something like the Rustoleum "kits", which for what they are..are not terrible. I used one of those kits at my parents house and it turned out good.

The lift area in my shop is high traffic and I plan on doing some paint work on the other side so it would be nice for clean up on both sides.

So what would I be looking at(price wise) to do the shop myself? I would like to do one side at a time so I would have somewhere to move all the junk while I paint that half.

This is pretty much what I was asking about. Would you guys be able to put a kit together to cover my 1200sqft or would I just have to buy two Larger kits and a single kit?

Absolutely. Drop me an email with some specifics. Top coat, no top coat (I suggest the top coat) the standard random broadcast or extra for full broadcast, etc. Sorry for the delay. I was out of the country for two weeks and trying to catch up :)
