Options for base trim in my garage?

I'm in the process of finishing my 1 stall attached garage. The outer walls have a concrete block foundation but the interior wall has a 2x4 bolted to the floor. I plan on painting the block foundation with some Drylok. After I sheet over this interior wall with OSB, I'm looking for options to help keep any water from seeping into the wall when snow melts off my vehicle. I thinking about some sort of vinyl base trim (http://www.homedepot.com/Flooring-V...splay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053) or some treated lumber (1x4 or 1x6 if I can find it). Any other ideas? Thanks.

I would go with a vinyl that you can seal the bottom edge to the floor to keep it from finding its way to the backside and seaping up the wall.
