Sorry I didn't take any pictures...

I just had a modular home removed. It was about 35x60. What was left was a pretty nice pad with a concrete foundation for the perimeter and center.
It has it's own septic, well hookup, natural gas and electrical utilities to the site (they were just disconnected).

It is about 1' below grade. I would love to use it, but I do not want anything below grade so I don't think that I will be able to use whats left.

My thought is to fill it with gravel and build a pad above grade (either gravel or concrete on gravel).
I don't have a plan for this area, but think it would make a good RV pad, covered parking or future pole barn shop.

I'm just spitballing and looking for ideas before I screw anything up. I'll get some pictures tomorrow....

This is the best I can do tonight Area outlined in red....

You could always lay 4 courses of blocks, backfill with drain pipes and a draingage membrane on the uphill side, and us e the pad...

Don't ask.
Appears to be above grade on 2 sides. Is regrading the 3rd side an option?
What are you wanting to use it for?
Concrete in the "missing" pieces it would be fine for parking, maybe a basketball court.

I would consider a retaining wall around the two low sides to grade & the other sides look to be below top of slab. Or you have enough property to regrade & create a swail on the high side, either way if the slab is in good condition it could be used. How thick is it? Is the finish ok? A little work & it could be reused, doesn't look like it trapped water before.

Is there enough slope in the immediate area that you could keep it 'dry' with a perimeter drain?

I'd rather not tear up my yard and irrigation regrading, so I only have about a foot towards the grassy side.
I'm going to remove the porch posts on the driveway side, and the chain link fence and posts.

In the near future I'd like to park my truck and trailer there, maybe convert the septic to RV hookups.
I think I can add some fill and grade the dirt side, by the driveway, enough to make an acceptable 'ramp' to drive up and down.

More long term either a RV parking structure or a shop.

Thanks, that confirms that I have no answer for you 😆.
It's a strange concrete "arrangement" that will be difficult to utilize for a conventional building. Abandoning it may be cheaper and give you better results in the end than trying to salvage that situation with the elevation problems.
