Hello everyone, I have a versatube 20x50 metal garage with metal trusses at 5' OC and 9' high AFF. I am installing an interior partition wall to separate into two sections. The front section will be non-insulated parking area. The rear will be insulated, heated & cooled working area. The working area door will not be used very often since I will also have a walk door to the area. I am considering a few options for a one car door. I am not necessarily looking for the most airtight & insulated door. I'm weighing the pros and cons of the different options as far as cost, ease, insulating efficiency, and space taken up.
Options I am considering:
8'x7' overhead door with tension spring but manual open
Sliding door
Roll up commercial style door
Thoughts?
