orange conduit roll hdpe....for water???

Anybody know if this HDPE pipe is usable for potable water? Picture is attached.

JM Eagle 1 1/4" IPS SDR 13.5 HDPE ASTM f2160 can't seem to use my google wizardry to find it.

I thought that was generally for high temp water; like boiler, etc. Do you just have extra and want to use it?

They also run blue pipe for fiber around here. Usually an orange and a blue in the same ditch or conduit. Then pull a mile or so of fiber into it and junction it a lot farther apart than the were able to do for copper. Here they pull the ends out of the manhole and into a trailer or truck and do the individual junctions above ground in much better conditions than you would find actually in the manhole.

Most definitely communications duct....now it will fuse up (to the blue electrofuson fittings) and work for water, but not at all recommended or approved for potable applications.
