Std issue generic import, more than likely 1/2 HP. It does at least have the speed reducer pulley and a Morse taper quill, so as bench top imports go, it should be decent long as it has no problems. Think $75. would be a more realistic value, at least around here.

I bought one of those new in the mid 70's, still have it and use it, never had an issue, enough power, accurate, crank elevator on the table.
The older Taiwan machines (like this one) were actually pretty decent and 100X better then the new ones from China.
The price seems a tad high since it's a benchtop model. (which I would never own).
Make sure it's in great shape because I'm sure you can find another one that is.

I paid 125 for mine which was in a little better shape but otherwise very similar. As noted, the older Taiwan models are pretty decent and should serve you well.
