I recently picked up an Orbit drill press, mod OR-2051F. It has some damage and I believe can be fixed and work fine. I believe that Orbit is the precursor to Jet Tools. Is there an outlet for the owners manuals and parts list for these? Thanks

After coming up dry with OR-2051F and finding several Orbit companies but not the right one, I searched the Jet company history. It was started by some guy in Tacoma in 1958 who started importing chain hoists from Japan to sell in his hardware store. He expanded to air tools, then metal working machinery and finally wood working machinery.I'll leave out the rest of Jet's hustory as it is not relavant. There is no mention of Orbit or does the number come up under Jet. There were a lot of guys importing stuff who are long gone. I have a Taiwan drill press imported by Continental Machinery located some place on the west coast. The importer was the brother of a guy I worked with or I never would have heard of them. Continental also long gone. Sorry, I tried.

I had an Orbit DP that was sold though the local building supply back in the '80s. It was a typical Asian import. Likely that casting had a variety of brand names glued on it.

I called Jet technical service and was provided the owners manual and spec sheet for this thing. Big shout out to Jet folks. Thank you
