Haha one of my favorite colors is green and blue.
Red not so much, I'm going to buy the rest of the tools green if I can.

Very excellent. How were you able to get green stuff with SEP? last year when I bought all kinds of tools I didn't really have a choice in colors. Like the long screwdriver set was only available in red and same for pliers. My stuff was cheaper even still. 8 piece screwdriver set was only $55. I'm positive they have 2 different discount levels. Better discount to schools who only offer the Snap On student program I think.

Man, I'm glad I didn't get the **** you did from people when I posted all of my 50% SO goodies. Screw the haters, they are just jealous. Including my box I spent about 9k w/ snap-on and matco while I was in school and now I wish I bought more. Good luck buddy

That's fantastic....

Brand new Snap on tools for half price... In any other thread you would have been
awarded a You ****. :D Congratulations Mate, even in crappy picture vision they look
absolutely awesome... and I wish you the best of luck in your chosen career.

Now go and take some more pics... ;)

First off congrats on the new toys! I really hope you are able to enjoy and get their worth out of them.

Secondly, the "older side of me" I have made spendy purchases of things that I thought I would have/use forever. As I get older I defiantly see a trend not only in myself but in fellow coworkers in which even though it was a "good deal" I wished I never made it. Not saying you're making a "bad choice" but really be carefull and remember you don't know the future until it's the present and you can't go back into the past. I'd gladly take back many things had I known how my life had played out. I guess what I am saying is just because it's a good deal now doesn't mean it'll be a good deal later.

I actually might've gotten too optimistic with the flashlight.
I got it for 50bux with the discount and I figured I could also use it when I go camping
200+ lumens it says... We'll see.

Just a quick tip with things that require batteries.....unless your employer supplies batteries for you I find it pays off to get something rechargeable.

Example: not snappy but is quite nice and gets the job done quite well http://www.ryobitools.com/catalog/tek4/lifestyle/RP4400
