Organizing HF 5 Drawer Rolling TB?

Caught this on sale while back, to put my most used wrenches in it or most common ones. I have some sockets that came in those plastic boxes with plastic hinges that are now two pieces. I like to put all my sockets in top of HF box but don’t want them rolling around. Have from 1/4 drive,3/8,1/2,3/4 drive etc. I don’t know if better for sockets to lay down or stand up. Wondering what’s out there that can hold tools in place, and help with keeping whole box organized. I don’t use them daily and my memory is also daily, I can’t memorize my tools like lot of daily users can. Any links, pics, websites,etc? Tks

I use the Olsa rails in my top drawer.

To be fair I don't really need 90% of those sockets but they're east to access and and it's easy to see if I forgot to put one back.

This is my top drawer with 6 sets of the 14" Ernst 2-Rail Socket Boss. SAE on the left; MM on the right. Like Gleman, I also don't need most of these, but smoke 'em if you got 'em, right?
