You used the word emails. As in more than one. If they dont respond to a potential sale, they're not going to respond when you need after sale support.

I have already ordered some polyurethane from them but had so questions about my order before they shipped. Instead of answering my email they just shipped the product. I still have not received an answer, I guess I should have called them.

I ordered some flakes from them last week. No issues at all. Even called them up with a question after I ordered and they were extremely helpful.

The name is misleading. They seem to sell whole lot more than flake. I suspect they're just drop shipping Torginol anyways -for the flake at lease.

Update:
They contacted me and the problem was my emails were going to the wrong department and people were out sick with the flu. All is good and I am a satisfied customer. Just thought I should let people know.
