Just passing on the info,I am NOT the one selling it.

For you Chicago area guys,theres a guy in Bedford Park selling 2'x4' sheets of 7/16" OSB for $1.00 each. They are new remnants from manufacturing. I grabbed 66 today.

That's $4 for a 4' x8' sheet. If you watch the flex in lumber prices, you can get it for less at the building supply and home centers. I do realize it was almost $8 a sheet two years ago, but it's way down compared to that.

I don't know what market you are in but here in western Idaho O.S.B. is currently retailing at $11.40/sheet for 7/16, it just went up $20-30/m yesterday & we're expecting plywoods to follow suit shortly. A few months ago O.S.B. was selling for $6-7.00/sheet but its been climbing steadily the last two months
