What is underneath the OSB? If it's open to ground i would not recommend using it. Marine grade plywood would be the better choince.

it is open to the ground underneath. from my experience it should be fine as long as you have proper ventilation under the shed. I realize plywood would of been a better option but it is just too expensive when compared to osb. 50$+ for 3/4 in vs 11$ for OSB.

im in New-Brunswick Canada.

I seen a few post of people recommending an epoxy coating on top of OSB. did anyone tried that and have any picture.

Like I said im not worried about humidity coming from below the shed. just looking to kind of seal the top from water and mud coming from the atvs or snowmobile etc.

A "smooth" finish would just be way easier to keep clean.

We did epoxy over a plywood sub floor in our upper HVAC rooms. It has held up very well. Just make sure the "unfinished" (better absorption) side is up. I suspect material flex might be an issue if you go with a thicker 100% solids product. I'm sure a vendor or two will pop in on that one. Going to 12" centers might not be a bad idea.

I used enamel floor paint on the OSB floor I put in my machine shop. That was in 1992 and it is still holding up just fine. As long as you have good ventilation... My floor was laid on concrete over 1 x 3 spacers so worries about moisture there.

Hi
Our standard Armorclad works fine on plwyood and OSB. It needs to be primed with the Armorclad Primer so that the epoxy won't sink in.

The use of decorative flecks nicely breaks up the wood pattern in the OSB.
