About to hang OSB walls in my shop and was curious, did you guys that went with osb, did you leave a small gap between the floor and the bottom of the OSB or did you take the osb all the way to the floor then attach to the shop?

Where ever I had plywood going down to the cement floor I stapled sill gasket along the bottom of the wall and left an inch or so curved Down onto the floor. This kept the plywood off the floor and also seals along the bottom and keeps out any bugs. BCD.

OSB absorbs moisture, then swells eventually crumbling.
I guess I would leave it up 3/4" to 1"?
Look at it another way, saw cut to fit would leave nice jagged edges for a Hot Weld BB to lay against smoldering?

The only wood touching concrete should be PT

Yes, this!

But also avoid PT touching concrete if you can.

For your spacer at the bottom, You can also use blue or pink foam board, strips of Azek - PVC lumber. Don't use a plain sheet of plastic, as moisture will still condense against it - wetting the wood.
