Oscar combination wrenches?

Anyone ever heard of them? I saw a set yesterday in a well made leather tool wrap. They didn't appear to be high quality but the wrap was so it got me thinking maybe someone here may have some insight. Kicking my **** i didn't take a pic but i was caught up in the moment. I will post a pic or two of what i did get when i clean the dust off everything.

Those "OSCAR" brand wrenches i'm sure were made in Taiwan about 25 years ago. Back then there were all sorts of tools, machines,(drill presses etc) imported into Canada and labelled "OSCAR" or "Oscar's".
I haven't seen any new products with that brand for quite some time.
If i remember "Oscar's" was an importer from Toronto.
