OT: AutoZone Supply Parts

Getting a delivery today....

Ordered a new rear wiper motor from FCP.
I'm well aware they stock and and dropship

Noticed I got a a alert that package was scheduled for delivery today coming from Autozone. I presume this is my part I ordered with FCP.
Just for curiousity, I went to autozone.com and punched in the PN.
They don't even offer that part BN OE but just reman.
Does Autozone carry/offer items that I would think should be also be on their website

Maybe they supplied different items to your local Auto Zone and decided to send everything together to save on shipping.

I guess we'll find out when it arrives whether or not it's a reman or new...

I called AZ just for the helluva it. Gave them the PN and applicable vehicale. Just like the website, only Reman..

Just confused on the dropship ......

If this isn't a brand new vehicle, the motor will more than likely be reman.

For clarity, the part ordered was NOT A REMAN.
Hence, I am stumped why a drop ship order is coming from AZ

What's the application? I only ask 'cause they don't (or didn't) list one for the GMT800 SUVs (eg '05 Yukon) but did sell the part number once I found it.

When I went to return my core the guy was super confused and bitchy there was no application, but was apparently able to find it in my purchase history under my phone #

This is true for a lot of parts suppliers. My experience has been the same with RockAuto. They don't have listings for a lot of the suspension/brake/motor mount parts for my older Oldsmobiles, but if I get the Moog P/N (for example) and search by P/N, there it is.
