Why no prices? We never know what you may of paid because prices on amazon changes every 10 seconds. Camel does not always reflect the prices correctly also. How much did you pay?

Sorry, Amazon still has it for 123.15. I'm guessing it's an amazon glitch as everyone else still has them for ~250.

I have one and is by far the best jack I have owned. Took my 2 crapsman jacks and threw them in the scrap pile . This jack has a lifetime warranty and is serviced 3 miles from my house.

I don't think that it's a glitch. I just got a "shipped" notice on mine. It should be here monday morning if the solar storm doesn't fry all of the erectronics.

Bought 2, one for me and one for my Dad for Christmas. Note that if you click the link and it doesn't bring up the Prime one for $123 it is probably listed under "other sellers" at the bottom right of your screen.

I had my eye on the HF 2-ton low profile when if it ever hit $109 on sale but this one looks like a great deal as well even though it doesn't go as low or as high...decision time!

OTC: 3-1/2" -> 18"
HF: 2-5/8" -> 23-3/4"

This is not similar to the $60 HF model - it is closer to the $160 (130 sale?) HF "2-ton" aluminum model. Not identical either. I purchased two of the OTC 1532 jacks last night.

I do like the thought of the steel HF jacks that lift up to 24" (or go down under 3"), and they have decent reviews, but that benefit for me would only be roomier RWD transmission removal on cars. I never touch major repairs on higher-sitting vehicles.

I've been using a lowend/cheap powerbuilt steel unit (and stand combo) for a over decade. Surprisingly, no leaks yet, but two (identical) jacks would make shorter work of getting newer vehicles up in the air.

Edit:
This was my first post here? Registered for 3 1/2 years and 1st post. Who would have thought!

After some light reading at amazon, the 'lifetime' warranty doesn't sound as though it's worth the paper it's written on....

Might be wise to save some money then and get a slightly heavier $99 Costco jack which will have the Costco lifetime warranty.

I would choose the HF 2 ton low pro jack all day over this jack. This doesn't sound like a bad deal, but you can't compare an aluminum jack to a steel jack, different purposes.

What kind of seals are in OTC 2 ton jack? Is it easy to rebuild it? Does the metal front wheel get chewed up on concrete floors?

Had my eye on this for a while and this price seems to be the lowest it's ever been.

FedEx delivered mine at 0900 this morning. I bled it and proceeded to lift and lower one of the cars about a dozen times.

It worked like a champ and is a hell of a lot easier to roll around than one of my two ninety pound steel jacks. I bought this primarily for a extra "carry along jack" when taking a trip, or when towing one of my utilitiy trailers.

I found that the two carry handles on the sides of it are useless and prevent getting the jack close to the backside of a tire. I didn't think that they served any structrual purpose but called OTC to double check before I removed them. It's now much more compact and a quarter of a pound lighter.

I've cut a heavy rag that will lay over the two pump piston assemblies and be secured in place by the pump arm when I store it to keep trash off of the piston surfaces.

Thanks again for the original post! :beer:
