Noid light is what you want to search for. Advance Auto has a set that fits most cars that is not too expensive.

Wow, I can't help you out with a new one....I spent months tracking one down, and I had to buy it used.

Tool topia lists it, but is "currently out of stock" http://www.tooltopia.com/otc-tools-3398.aspx

To clarify, OP is not looking for noid lights. Noid lights test the electrical signal to an injector (or other non PWM DC device). This tool allows the technician to manually trigger a injector without the vehicle PCM in the loop. It is typically used for injector drop testing (monitoring fuel pressure drop on a primed system per injector). Helps to find injectors with poor spray patterns or in the performance market, it helps get a matched set together.

I probably should have looked up the part number before i assumed he meant noid lights. My bad. I don't own one never needed one. Have seen it before on the matco truck. I believe he still has it on his truck.

They're on intergalactic backorder. I ordered one on christmas eve from tool topia when they briefly showed "in stock" after I had been eyeing it daily for months. I got an email from them stating it was backordered and 2-4 weeks for delivery. Still no sign of it.

Old thread I know but I was looking for a replacement OTC as well. Im guessing they don't make it anymore so I hunted a bit and found one under the Sealey brand; P/N VS211. One major downside is the Sealey has leads that are only about a foot and a half long so they'd need to be lengthened. Quite a stupid oversight but not the end of the world. Further hunting and I found this

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Professiona...hash=item1c51794972&item=121625987442&vxp=mtr

which looks entirely identical to the Sealey (including the short leads unfortunately) for half the price.
