I bought a multi-meter from one of our members. He didn't have the owner's manual, but being an OTC, I figured it was available. I couldn't find anything online, so I called OTC.
Terry answered my call right away and said the manual was not posted online. At first he couldn't find the right one, because the DMM was discontinued years ago. He took the time to locate it and emailed it to me, no charge. Terry did a great job! Thank you OTC!
