I have that OTC set, no complaints so far. It's mostly complete. Add: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004CGKQNO/?tag=atomicindus08-20 for 5 point tamper proof torx plus and a gm seat track etorx socket and you will be set for any torx applications but then there is XZN sockets, Ribe (polydrive) but not classified as a torx and I am sure in the next few months there will another new drive configuration if there isn't already.

Can't go wrong with OTC. I'm personally looking at VIM. I'm putting some cash aside to buy the hex and torx master sets in a couple weeks. They get pretty good reviews too

I asked this question a little while ago, didn't end up buying them, but I did buy some other OTC tools, and I will NEVER purchase anything OTC again.

Bought there battery kit - cam with some disconnect pliers, terminal cleaners, and a couple of other things - don't remember how much it cost, but man - SERIOUSLY CHEAP. The pliers were put together, then chromed so there was a black mark where the two pieces of steel overlapped. The metal felt very cheap and the rest of the set was garbage as well.
I have heard good things about some of their tools, but unfortunately I'll never trust them again.'
Someone wise chimed in when I asked the question that it is best to go with something that is easily replaced (warrantied) whomever that may be in your area, as these tools can be some of the most frequently damaged.
good luck.
