OTC pressure tester any good? 7991

Hi I scored a brand new OTC 7991 for $70 ($90 but had $20 off a $100 eBay motors coupon/ bought a Armstrong ratcheting wrench 18mm for $20 too). OTC (7991) Cooling System Pressure Tester https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000XSJKH8/?tag=atomicindus08-20 Are these good. They seal with a bladder not adapters.

I asked a friend who had one and he said he liked it. But why not just try it on your cars as see if it seals properly?

Amazon claims the COO is "Australia" which I think is extremely unlikely, considering how OTC has been dumping first-world sources in favor of third-world ever since Bosch took over (and for awhile before that, too.)

IF (big IF) I were to make a guess, I'd say that Asian product passed-through Australia on the way to the USA, and the actual COO is being disguised...but I've been wrong before.
