Otc puller lifetime warranty ?

I don't think you'll have any luck with that. I've always found OTC to be one of those companies that gives you what you paid for but doesn't deal with the silly unrealistic expectation that they should be responsible for misuse. Any puller can be bent and I'm sure they know that. If you don't want to damage them you have to know their limits.

OTC is a four-letter word as far as I'm concerned.
Aside from offshoring...everything, they've screwed me on a "Lifetime Marathon Warranty" for a floor jack. They didn't screw me right away, mind you. The foreplay involved lots of lying about when they'd have replacement stock of the product they were going to replace mine with.
Good luck getting anything useful out of them in terms of product support.

Best bet is to buy the Snap On puller or an older US-made OTC puller via ebay

OTC, in my experience, does not live up to their stated warranty. I avoid them as much as possible as a result.

Ive got a shop full of OTC tools, almost all of it is USA, just a tiny amount of off shore Stinger ( which is still a good value compared to other off shore garbage ).
Near 99% of my 500+ specialty tools are OTC ( ring/pinion, T-case, transmission tools )
I have very little OTC shop equipment, but will happily buy it when i come across it. While it may not be the best, I think they do sell value.
Up to a short while ago, all big three car dealerships got near ALL their tools and related shop equipment from OTC ( save for lifts/alignment/etc that OTC does not make ) Ive been away from all that for a while, and I think I heard its been diversified to many manufactures now.
Ive never tried to warranty anything, if I screw it up, I just replace. I got too much on my plate for those reindeer games, also pay little attention to warranties when I buy stuff, knowing I wont be claiming. This might be because Ive been in the repair business for 30yrs and never been formerly trained by Snap On, to pay 3 times as much for something, so it will be hassle free warrantied.

OTC pullers are why I usually just go "rent" the garbage they have at Advanced, O'reillys' or Autozone. They know what they got and if you bring it back with crooked parts they don't really ask too many questions and will just go get another one off the shelf.
I learned this the hard way on a power steering pulley puller, and in the end decided that I would be messing around with power steering pumps enough to justify buying a decent one from Gearwrench and so far it's worked well.

Anyone who rules out OTC because they don't replace things you broke is cheating themselves. They make some nice stuff.
If you say so. I was an avid OTC buyer until I needed a replacement part and got the 3rd degree. Mind you I was trying to BUY a part I messed up, not even warranty and they wanted me to prove I owned the kit and asked why I needed it, and asked how I was using it and that I shouldn't be doing this or that. Excuse me? Listen lady I'm holding a credit card ready to pay you $45 for a $3 adapter. Let me get back to work.
I pretty much buy from Lisle or another brand if I am going to buy it. Seems like everytime I have bought a OTC tool in the past couple years they are one and done, if they finish the job at all. I figure I can ruin any tool if I try hard enough but if you buy a tool it should at least function for it's intended use if used properly.
Depending on how long ago you emailed them I would say you have your answer.

SO FAR, you're on the same path I took.
We'll see if that continues. At some point, you'll get a proper replacement, or you'll start hearing the lies, deflections, delays and excuses. Guess what comes after that.
I've heard that that's when the trouble started.

I swear there was a thread here several years ago where they wanted to deny warranty on a BJ press saying an impact had been used on it, but their own marketing material showed it being used with a gun. I searched and couldn't find the exact thread so maybe I'm imagining.
According to this Bosch bought OTC in 2012, so it's been awhile.

I used to have a nice set of Posilocks ( did not get as near as large as you have ), they where re-leaved of my stewardship without my consent or want. Im slowing building them back up.
Posi-Locks and run of the mill OTC pullers are in different classes. Not really comparable. No need for anything else, if you have the flywheel to pay for Posi, and the need for them.. Love your pic, BTW !
