I would not pay $175 for it, that's for sure. Maybe $75.

Kinda agree with this. It's neat, but not super practical. Condition isn't that great. I'd be more in the $125 range if I had the space and depending on in person condition. If it was in nicer condition it could make a cool A/V cabinet.

Ok. So I bought it for $150 and the guy threw in an old Coke bottle case labeled Dallas Tx. He also has some old parts cabinets from a service station. The condition looks bad in the picture but it's just some light surface rust. I'll kill the rust, maybe do a little polishing and leave it. It doesn't have locks and I don't use them anyways. It has a electric plug in the back and some cubbies on the sides. The guy has a big box of old snap on tools. So I gave a little to much but I have a new seller of garage stuff.

You can carefully brush away the rusty spots and then wax or clear coat depending on your environment. Does the front cover store somewhere on the box or does it have to be completely removed?

What are the dimensions? 26"x18"?

As to the cover, looks like it is designed to store the cover in that space between the upper and lower boxes? Pretty cool box.

the cover does store between the space. if the top drawer is shut all the way, it locks the rest of the drawers even with out the key lock. so i swaped the 1st and second drawer because i dont need any of them to lock
