OTC tool?

I'm in the market for a compression tester, cylinder leak down tester, and vacuum and pressure tester. I was looking around on amazon and foun the 3 of them for sale from OTC and was wondering if they where any good compared to the ones made by snap on.

Cannot say anything about the OTC compression tester, but my Snap On tester is about 50 years old and still works fine.

If I was buying another compression tester, it would be a Snappy, period.

OTC is pretty decent...I've got their compression tester and a few other tools, no issues with any of them.

I'll echo OTC makes quality tools. I haven't had issues with any of them and the quality is excellent.

Be wary of their 'Stinger' series, most is overpriced imported ****.

I have the OTC Leak down tester, only used it a few times but have had no problems with it and it seems to be built with a little more quality than the ones on the cheaper end of the spectrum

OTC has been the standard of pullers and specialty tools for years. Many tools you buy from a mac or matco truck are OTC. Now some will grumble in the last few years more and more OTC is imported, but the quality still seems to be there.

star is imo the best for the money. They used to make comp. testers and leak down testers for all the tool trucks aside from snapon. I have both that are re-badged matco and they are fantastic! Snapon makes some of the best ones but, their overpriced compared to all the other professional grade testers.
