Hello everyone, my fiance and I recently moved into a new home and I'm ready to start designing my dream garage. I've been researching cabinets, flooring lifts, tool boxes etc and I'm still making final decisions. I want to have a sitting space in there some how... maybe a bar and stools... with a plasma?

Plans change every time I walk inside. :headscrat

Anyway here's a crappy phone pic of what it looks like now. I'm glad to be apart of this forum. Any ideas you guys have will be greatly appreciated.

I'm also on 6speedonline and recognize a few of you from there.

My 911 and my fiances Continental GT.

A 911 AND a Continental GT? Want to adopt me???? I'm only 51 and I don't eat much....beer would be nice though:D

Ideas? Skip the plasma (too much burn-in, even on the highend models) go with the new LED models. Yeah, I know we should be talking "tools", but how often do you get to say "big screen" and "garage" in the same sentence;)

Nice setup so far, can't wait to see the progress

Hey...nice cars but that space is sick.

Looks as if it's already set for heat/ ac. Can't wait to see the development.

Those look like really high ceilings. Have you considered a loft of sorts for your "sitting area" with storage underneath? Good use of floor space if you have the height.

Seems like the space has a ton of potential. The small wall with the clock on it looks like a great place to hang your TV, and where the carpet is would be a nice place to break up the space a bit with your seating area...or mix it up a bit and put the seating area between the cars to be surrounded by your conversation props. Is the floor already finished, looks like its epoxy floor covering? Good luck and keep us up to date.

The ladder and broom/dust-pan have got to go, (-into hiding!).

And you need some high-performance motorcycles in there, (-to keep things exciting), but otherwise good job so far!

:D
