Everyone has been a huge help. I decided to roll on at this point. I do however hold myself to higher degree of accuracy when building things and that is what bugs me.

K once depended on my carpenter skills to pay my bills but that was 10 years ago. This is the first time I have dealt with metal roofing and sides though. And my first pole barn.

Glad you found good help. That's what I like about this forum, tons of advice and opinions. I'm like you, I try to make everything perfect and it sometimes causes me extra work, stress, and waists time.

This project has done that for sure. I will update my build thread when k am done but my biggest concern was top of concrete height. I raised it another 3"s today. J was dealing with a 13" over 40'

I can run and gun now though I think.

I had time more time than money. It is 3" higher than I wanted but I will deal w that better than water run off in 1 corner

I used to worry about this kind of stuff, then I bought a house with sections built in the 40's, 70's and 90's. Now I follow the "beat it to fit, paint it to match" mantra of home improvement.
